Company employees are warehouse and production employees with access to q.ifurn.pro :
These are company employees who are engaged in physical work in the warehouse and production workshops, and at the same time have accounts in the q.ifurn.pro system. This system is used to manage processes, account for resources, and coordinate tasks.
- Warehouse employees : Responsible for receiving, storing, moving and shipping materials (for example, chipboard, fittings, finished products). They can mark the arrival of raw materials in the system, check availability in the warehouse, or prepare orders for shipment.
- Production employees : Work on machines, process materials. In q.ifurn.pro they record the stages of order fulfillment or report the completion of work.
In this subsection, you can create a new one or make changes to the data of existing employees. Using the filters (Name, 1C Code, Phone Number) you can find the company employee you need. By clicking on "Pencil" you can change the data of an existing employee of the company. In the "Actions" column, you can generate a new password and print the Company Employee Identification Form .
Also, by clicking on the “Create” button, you create a new employee of the company, after filling out all the necessary data, click “Submit”
A password for the employee will be generated automatically. You cannot remove an added employee from the Admin panel.
