The iFurn.Pro service is designed to simplify the process of ordering cabinet furniture. The main idea is to allow a person to design and order furniture from the comfort of their home, without the direct involvement of a manager. Cabinet furniture is a set of parts (boards) that must be precisely assembled, ensuring that the holes, fittings and fasteners match. Calculating these parameters is difficult, and for this there are special design programs, such as "Basis-Furniture Maker", SketchUp or TopSolid. However, uploading data from these programs to production machines is an even more labor-intensive task.
How does iFurn.Pro work? The service accepts ready-made projects from design programs, checks the parts for compliance with the capabilities of a particular production (available machines, drills, cutters) and adapts them to the equipment. For example, the diameter of the drills, the type of cutters (with left or right rotation), processing trajectories, as well as the limitations of the machines are taken into account - whether the drill can process the part from the desired side or make a vertical groove. After verification, the system generates programs for the machines, breaking down operations as necessary (for example, separately for drilling and milling) to eliminate errors and simplify the work of personnel.
Order process:
- The client uploads a project created in any popular program.
- iFurn.Pro analyzes parts: checks drilling, milling, edging, materials, compliance with the company's production capabilities.
- The system calculates the cost (taking into account the company’s services and materials), production time (taking into account equipment load) and shows it to the client.
- After payment, the order is processed. The system automatically creates machine programs and production labels with QR codes and barcodes, which indicate all operations, drawings and part parameters.
Benefits for the client:
- Transparency: The customer sees the status of the order online through a chatbot or QR code, including the stages of production, packaging and shipping.
- Accuracy: the system corrects design errors (for example, replacing a 4.5 mm drill with a 5 mm drill if the company does not have the required drill).
