The company's products can be added to the system in the following ways:
- Manually via the admin panel : In the “Products” section, the administrator independently enters data about their product items.
- Via API from your accounting system : This is the most convenient option, as it allows you to set up automatic and constant data exchange between systems.
When adding, you can specify the storage cell for the product. This information will then be included in the assembly document for the warehouse when processing the order.
In iFurn.pro, products can be added only by users with administrator rights.
The client company can add its codes, prices, currency and sales method for each product. After that, end customers will see these products on the client company's website.
Edging materials are sold on a “loss-free” basis: your code, price and currency are directly linked to the item.
Sheet materials (for example, chipboard) can be sold in two ways simultaneously:

- In sheets : Whole sheet, half sheet (horizontal or vertical).
- In square meters (m²) :
- Without losses: 1 m x 1 m = 1 m².
- Taking into account waste:
- 15% (1 m × 1 m = 1 m² × 1.15 = 1.15 m²);
- 20%, 50% or another percentage (to set a different value, please contact the administrators).
For each slab material, you can specify individual parameters:
- Company name (if you want the visitor to see your familiar name)
- cutting,
- calculations
If they are not specified, the settings from the company parameters will be applied.
You specify the price in a currency convenient for you. The client will see the price in the main currency of the sale. The exchange rate is specified by you. If you do not specify the rate, the current NBU rate is used.
