There are 3 types of recesses or pockets:
- circle
- rectangle
- free form
The recess can be through or blind. The through recess will be unloaded by the milling contour. The blind recess is unloaded with a snake so that the cutter selects a body of material in the specified area.
A rectangular recess can be made with 2 cutters. First, the material is selected with the largest possible diameter, then the corners are cleaned with the smallest cutter diameter.
When forming any recess, the system selects the necessary cutters.
Notches created in iFurn . pro , are unloaded with the cutter path inside the contour, this eliminates the problem of cutter diameter error.
