Remains of sheet materials

#124
Residues of sheet materials are parts or pieces of sheet materials (for example, chipboard, MDF, plywood, chipboard) that remain after cutting or processing during the production process. These leftovers are created when parts are cut out of a single sheet for orders, and the remaining pieces are not the right size or shape for the current task, but can be used later. The leftovers are recorded in the system so that you know what is available.

Production employees (with access to q.ifurn.pro) can enter data on residues after cutting.

A warehouse (for example, a warehouse of finished products or raw materials) registers them and distributes them for storage.

In this section of the Admin Panel you can perform all necessary operations on the remaining materials in your warehouse. Here you can track, using filters, all information on remaining materials. By clicking on the "Create" button, a page opens for adding new remaining sheet material.

Add new balances using a scanner (by scanning the balance label) or add manually by filling out the appropriate fields of the form.
We enter information about which order the balance came from, select a free storage cell and the owner of the balance, then click “Submit”.
If there are no free cells, you must first create them
