Corner processing

Here are templates for milling and processing the corners of a part:

  • Corner rounding - in this template you can perform operations related to radius rounding corners on a part. It is necessary to select the angle for milling, the radius in mm , and also, if necessary, the edging radius . The Red Arrow in the diagram at the top of the data entry table shows the visually selected angle for milling.
  • Corner cutting - in this template you can perform operations related to cutting corners on a part. It is necessary to select the angle for milling and the size in mm , how much “body” of the material needs to be left, and also, if you need to apply a cut edge . The schematic diagram at the top of the data entry table suggests cut side 1 and cut 2.
  • Corner cutting - in this template you can perform operations related to corner cutting on a part. It is necessary to select the angle for the cut and the size in mm , how much to cut, and also, if necessary, apply a cut edge . You can specify the notch entry radius, the notch radius, and the notch exit radius . If the angles of the cuts should be 90 degrees, then indicate the value “0”. The schematic diagram at the top of the data entry table tells you the cut side 1 and 2.
  • Rounding several corners - in this template you can perform operations related to rounding several corners on a part. In this template, you can set an arbitrary radius of all corners at the same time. Also, if necessary, select an edge.
