This section contains parametric drilling templates:
- Template for Rafix - the main part . In the template table we set the necessary parameters (snap to corner and side, etc.). The program already sets the drilling diameter and depth automatically, and does this intelligently depending on the thickness of the slab material you choose. By hovering the cursor over the holes in the part you can see all its parameters. The drawing also shows the location of the hole at the end of the part.
- Template for the response part of Rafix, Minifix, TAB, Flipper . We also fill in the parameters for forming drillings. You fill out the column “Side indentation”, focusing on the picture with the “Red arrows”. It tells you which coordinate axis the indentation will be on before drilling.
- Template for Confirmat + Dowel (at the end) . This template contains a "Drilling Package". That is, two holes are set at once - the first one is for confirmation and a drilling for a dowel is attached to it with a “pitch” of 32mm. In the template table, fill in the values (binding to side and corner, number of holes on the side). Indentation - we set the distance to the first hole (Confirmat) and the program automatically adds a second hole for the dowel 32mm after the Confirmat.
- Template for Confirmat + Dowel (front/reverse) . This template also includes a "Drilling Package". That is, two holes are set at once - the first one is for confirmation and a drilling for a dowel is attached to it with a “pitch” of 32mm. In the template table, fill in all the necessary values (binding to side and corner, number of holes on the side, etc.).
Indentation - we set the distance to the first hole (Confirmat) and the program automatically adds a second hole for the dowel 32 mm after the Confirmat. - Template for Confirmat OR Dowel (at the end) . Fill in the required values (Snap to corner, offset, etc.) to form drillings; in the “Drilling type” column, select (Confirmat or Dowel). Visually, the drawing shows the difference in diameter and drilling depth; these parameters were entered automatically.
- Template for Confirmat OR Dowel (front/reverse) . In the parameters you enter the required values (Angle reference, mm offset, etc.) for drilling, and in the “Drilling type” column you can select confirmation OR dowel. Visually, these drillings in the drawing differ from each other for quick visual detection. As always, the program itself intelligently sets the required diameter and drilling depth!
- Template for Minifix - the main part . The package includes two drillings at once - for a bolt and for a Minifix eccentric . In the template table, you need to make a minimum set of parameters for drilling (snap to corner, number of holes, indentation, etc.)
- Template for Minifix + Dowel - main part . If necessary, you can additionally install drilling for the dowel with a “Pitch” of 32 mm from the hole for the minifix. In the drilling template of the main part, fill in the data you need for the drilling coordinates. Specify the offset up to the First hole (Minifix) and then after 32 mm the program automatically places a second hole for the dowel “in the inner” side of the part. Also, if you use a shortened bolt (24mm) for a minifix, you can choose its length.
- Template for Minifix+Dowel - counter part . In the table of the drilling template for the mating part, you also set the indent to the First hole - Minifix and after 32mm a drilling for the dowel is automatically inserted. Depth, length and diameter are set automatically by the program.
- Template for the hinge - In the template table you need to set the necessary drilling parameters (snap to corner, indentation, etc.). In this template, drilling for the “Cup” of the hinge is available, which comes immediately with holes for screws. You can also set the drilling for the hinge plate. In the "Side, angle" parameter, set the snap to the desired side of the part and to the angle of this side. Also, the direction of the red arrows and the side of placement on the diagram at the top of the template table shows where the program starts counting coordinates and the direction of drilling.
- Template for ball guides. In the template parameters table, select the binding to the side and to the corner, then select the brand and type of opening of the guides, set the indent, select the side (Front/Back), the length of the guide and select the part itself (Main/Reciprocal). The template includes 3 holes for self-tapping screws, according to the selected type and length of the guide (closest to the edge of the part, middle and last). The program sets them automatically; screws can be screwed into the remaining holes as desired.
- TAB template - main part . In the table of template parameters for drilling the main part of the screed, set the necessary parameters (Snap to corner and side, etc.). The program sets the drilling diameter and depth automatically.
- The Flipper template is the main part. In the table of template parameters for drilling the main part of the screed, set the necessary parameters (Snap to corner and side, etc.). The program sets the drilling diameter and depth automatically.
