In order to create a new shift, you need to click on the " Create shift " button, set the date and time of the start of the shift, and set the coefficient for the tariff.
The shift coefficient allows you to take into account holidays, weekends, and night shifts when calculating wages.
The coefficient may be less than 1 if the shift task is too simple.
By clicking on the "Eye" icon, we go to the editing page for this shift. Here you can set a work plan for this specific shift and create a team .
The tariff is set for the work of the brigade.
When creating a team, the percentage of tariff distribution between the team members is indicated. The sum of percentages within a team should always be equal to 100%.
Each production employee has the right to put progress marks on specific types of services.
After a shift is closed, no more marks can be added to it.
When closing a shift, we indicate the overfulfillment rate in %, which we consider valid for this shift. Minimum value 10%.
If the calculated and estimated data differ, the user is required to make a comment justifying his decision.
When a shift is closed, you can create a separate document for calculating fines and bonuses. It is important to indicate the reason for such charges.
